Starting point
Planning was FTE-heavy. Data had to be assembled manually from 21 source systems. The monthly planning cycles existed as manually built presentations, error-prone and hard to trace.
What XOR built and brought into operation
A central planning dashboard that automatically merges data from all 21 systems and flags errors early. The monthly planning cycles are now generated automatically instead of assembled by hand. Change orders go out to the workshops with clear traceability and ownership.
A smaller team now plans a multiple of the vehicle volume that was previously possible.
What we're building
Building on the running system, we're capturing the process's expert knowledge and turning it into AI that takes on progressively more: from verifying the data situation to partially taking over planning itself. Reliable, traceable, and at the pace the regulatory environment allows.
